Simple Exercise for Low Back Pain/Restriction

Something that I came upon while treating my many low back pain clients.
 

 
Repeat the exercise for 10 times with a hold of 5-10 secs and some slight resistance (10-20%) and you should see some changes.
 

 

 
Remember to re-test after the exercise!
